The crème brûlées are packed by 12 in a cardboard box. Packaging according to customer demand is also possible.
Frozen you can replace the aluminium dish by the Régas cocotte 11,5 cm. Tip : You can also defrost without dish!
Preparation : The base has to be defrosted and can then be stored in the fridge 5 days. The crème brûlée still need to be torched.
